Product Pricing 

Pricing on all products are subject to change due to supplier costs. Should there be a technical error whereby the website is showing the incorrect price, Pamala's Crafty Cove has the right to charge the correct price prior to creating your order. You will then have the option to a refund or to pay the difference in cost.  


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double check all information entered as once it is submitted, it cannot be changed. This policy is in line with the European Directive on Distant Selling. See Article 6, Point 3.


All items are shipped via tracked An Post parcel service. Should the item become lost/delivered to the incorrect address, it is up to the customer to deal directly with An Post. A tracking number will be provided to the customer upon shipment.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we can discuss an appropriate solution. 


All items will be created based on the information provided by the customer. All pictures are shown as a reference and not as a final product. Pamala's Crafty Cove holds no responsibility for incorrect information given by the customer.


The colours shown on the website may not be an exact match. This all depends on the colours available to me at the time. A photo will also show a variation, depending on the lighting. Please allow for this. 

Lead Times

Due to the nature of these products, personalisation could take up to 2 weeks to get your order out. I aim to get them out much sooner than that, but if you need something fast, please get in contact. 

Care Instructions 

Please follow all care instructions carefully. Failing to do so will damage the product and reduce its longevity.


If ordering from outside the EU, customer charges may apply. The customer is responsible for paying all customs and excise charges.
